PageGuard is operated by PageGuard (ABN pending), a sole trader entity registered in New South Wales, Australia ("PageGuard", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information obtained through pageguard.io and its subdomains (together, the "Service").

PageGuard collects only the personal information you expressly provide:
We do not collect location data, device identifiers, IP addresses for identification purposes, or any behavioural or biometric information through the public-facing website.
Payment processing. If you use the Send Once pay-per-send service, payment is processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. PageGuard does not receive, store, or process payment card data at any point. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Document content. Documents submitted for protection through the Service are processed transiently and are not retained by PageGuard. Protected output is held for delivery purposes only and is permanently deleted upon first access or upon expiry of the applicable retention window, whichever occurs first. PageGuard does not inspect, log, or otherwise process the substantive content of any document submitted through the Service.
Personal information collected by PageGuard is used solely for the following purposes:
Personal information is not used for unrelated marketing, advertising, profiling, or algorithmic decision-making. It is not disclosed to third-party mailing lists or data brokers.
PageGuard processes personal information on the basis of your express consent, given at the time of form submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@pageguard.io. Withdrawal of consent will result in the deletion of your personal information from our records and the cessation of all further communications.
Where applicable, processing may also be carried out to comply with a legal obligation to which PageGuard is subject.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. via their managed Forms service, on infrastructure located in the United States. Netlify's privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy.
Beta programme records and waitlist correspondence are maintained in secure internal administrative systems with access restricted to authorised PageGuard personnel only.
PageGuard implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No transmission of personal information over the internet is entirely secure; however, we take all reasonable steps to protect personal information in our possession.

Certain pages of the Service may utilise standard browser-based session mechanisms to support localised functionality. These mechanisms operate exclusively within your browser and do not transmit personal information to PageGuard servers.

Individuals located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR respectively. The Service is not directed at, and PageGuard does not knowingly collect personal information from, persons under the age of 16. If PageGuard becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a person under 16 without verifiable parental consent, such information will be deleted promptly. To report such a matter, contact hello@pageguard.io.
PageGuard reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered beta testers and waitlist subscribers by email where practicable. Continued use of the Service following the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
